What I worked on and what came of it: - Rewrote the top 30 help articles - Trained 4 new support agents - Set up weekly ticket-trend reports for product Something that didn't go well and what I learned: Missed our response-time goal in August during the product launch. What I want to grow into next: Move into a support operations role. Write in first person, confident but not inflated. Use the format "what I did, why it mattered, the result" for each accomplishment. Keep each answer under 150 words.
