This page explains what we store, what we never store, and how to delete your data.
What never leaves your browser
What you type into a template's form, and the prompt it produces, stay in your browser. We never send them to our servers or to analytics. The only exception is a preset, which you choose to save.
What we store
- Your Google account's name, email and profile picture, used to sign you in.
- Your handle and, if you add it, your X handle.
- Your templates, Blocks and saved presets.
- Usage counts per template (views, fills, copies, opens, saves). Counts only, never values.
Analytics
We use PostHog, without cookies, to count page views and where visitors came from, and to record anonymous session replays that help us fix confusing screens. Replays hide everything you type and the prompt it builds.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Public templates
Templates are private by default. When you share one, its published version, including the text of any Blocks it uses, can be seen by anyone with the link. Public templates also appear on your profile and in search engines.
Who processes your data
Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Google (sign-in) and PostHog (analytics). We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can export your whole library as JSON from the app at any time. To delete your account and all its data, email hello@useblanks.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
