Write a follow-up sequence of 3 messages to Jordan, who hasn't replied to my first message about our Lead Product Designer role. My first message said: Hi Jordan, loved your payments onboarding case study. We're growing our design team from 2 to 6 and looking for a lead. Open to a quick chat? New angles I can use, one per follow-up: - A recent product launch they'd work on - Who they'd report to and that person's background - Flexible remote setup Space them 3, 7 and 14 days after the first message. Each follow-up must add something new; never just "bumping this up". The last message closes the loop politely and leaves the door open. I'm a recruiter at [Company], a [size]-person [industry] company. What candidates should know: [mission in one line], [work setup: remote / hybrid / on-site], [two standout benefits]. Use inclusive, plain language: no gendered words, no 'rockstar', 'ninja' or 'young and energetic', no culture-fit jargon, and never ask about or refer to age, family status, health, religion or nationality. Only list requirements that are truly required.
